If you’re reading this, I’m glad you’re here,

Some weeks, the heaviness is quieter.
Not gone. Just… heavy in a different way.

Maybe you’re tired of explaining yourself.
Tired of holding it together.
Tired of people asking how you are, and not really wanting the answer.

This is your invitation to rest. Not to fix.
Not to heal faster.
Just… rest.

One true thing:
You don’t owe the world your energy right now.

Quote:
“Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is go back to bed.” - Unknown

Song:
“The Night We Met” - Lord Huron
(A lullaby for the grief-weary.)

A note from me:
If this landed somewhere tender, you’re welcome to reply - even if it’s just to say, “Same.”
I might not respond straight away, but I’ll always read it.

Rest if you need. The grief will wait.

With softness,
- Kirsten
