You don’t have to do grief alone.

Grief can be incredibly isolating.

Not necessarily because there aren’t people around you, but because so much of what you’re carrying can be difficult to explain.

Sometimes you want to talk about the person who died without worrying that you’re making someone uncomfortable.

Sometimes you want to say, Actually, today is awful, without someone trying to make it better.

Sometimes you want to laugh.

Sometimes you want to cry.

Sometimes you want to sit beside people who understand that all of those things can exist in the same hour.

That is what these spaces are for.

Not fixing.
Not moving on.
Not finding the silver lining.

Just somewhere you can arrive as you are.

Grief Retreats

Something bigger is coming.

A future space to step away from ordinary life, rest, remember, connect and be somewhere grief doesn’t need to be hidden.

The dream is taking shape

A different kind of connection

Not all connection has to happen in a room.

Sometimes it can arrive quietly in your inbox.

Tiny Invitations is a letter from me every Sunday, with honest words about grief, love, memory, and this strange life afterwards.

Something to read with your morning coffee. Something that might put words around what you've been carrying. Something that reminds you there are other people out here living this too.

No pressure to respond.
No need to show up anywhere.
Just a small piece of connection, once a week.
