What is Writing Through Grief?

Grief can leave you carrying thoughts, memories and feelings that have nowhere to go.

Writing Through Grief is a 28-day self-paced companion, created to give some of that weight somewhere to land.

Across 28 days, you’ll receive a gentle combination of short audio reflections, writing invitations, grounding practices and quieter days where nothing is asked of you at all.

You don’t need to consider yourself a writer. You don’t need to share what you write. And you don’t need to work through the course perfectly, or even every day.

Some days you might write pages.
Some days, one sentence.
Some days, nothing.

All of those count.

This isn’t about writing your way out of grief.

It’s about making a little more room for what is already there.

Then underneath, I’d put a small italic line on its own:

Start when you’re ready. Pause when you need to. There is no falling behind here.

The rhythm of the 28 days

Grief doesn’t move in a straight line, and neither does this. Some days invite you deeper. Some ask you to write. Some simply give you somewhere to breathe.

What you’ll receive

28 days of guided support, delivered directly to you.

Across the 28 days, you’ll receive a carefully paced combination of personal audio reflections, writing invitations, grounding practices, rituals, quieter integration days and intentional pauses.

This isn’t 28 days of emotional excavation.

Some days will ask you to put something into words.
Some will help you understand what grief is doing.
Some will offer something small to try.
And some will simply remind you that you don’t have to do anything at all.

Inside the 28 days:

• personal audio reflections from me on key days
• gentle writing and reflection invitations
• grounding and ritual practices
• lighter integration days
• intentional rest days

Most days take around 8–30 minutes, and there is no requirement to keep up.

Miss a day…Take a week… Come back when you can.

There is no falling behind in grief.

This might be for you if...

You have things inside you that are difficult to say out loud.

You want somewhere private to put some of what you’re carrying.

You’re tired of being told how grief should look.

You want gentle structure, without another thing to succeed at.

You’d like someone beside you, without needing to join a group, share your story or explain yourself.

Or perhaps you simply have a sense that writing might help, even if you don’t quite know where to begin.

You do not need to be a writer.

You don’t need the right words. You don’t need a beautiful journal, a daily routine or any idea what you’re going to say.

You can write three pages.

You can write three words.

You can sit with the invitation and write nothing at all.

You just need somewhere to begin.

Writing Through Grief is a 28-day guided companion you can begin whenever you’re ready.

You’ll receive the full 28-day series, including personal audio reflections, gentle writing invitations, grounding practices, rituals, quieter integration days and intentional rest.

Move through it daily, slowly, or leave and return when you need to.

There is no expiry date. No falling behind. No right way to do it.
