You don’t have to find the words.
Sometimes reading feels like work.
Writing feels impossible.
Even trying to understand what you’re feeling asks too much.
So this space asks very little of you.
There are songs for when music says it better, podcasts I think are worth your time, and conversations and interviews you can simply listen to.
No journalling.
No lessons.
Nothing to work through.
Put your headphones on. Play something in the car. Listen while you walk, lie in bed, make dinner, or stare at the ceiling.
You don’t have to do anything with what you hear.
Sometimes it’s enough to let another voice, or a song, sit beside you for a while.
Songs to Sit With
Music for the moments when someone else’s words say what yours can’t.
Podcasts Worth Listening To
Conversations about grief, loss and life afterwards that I genuinely think are worth your time.
There Might Be a Podcast…
Two friends, two countries. One griever, one supporter. Conversations about grief, mental health and the things people probably shouldn’t say out loud.
Listen to Me
Interviews, conversations and podcast appearances where I’ve talked about grief, suicide, loss and living afterwards.
