Grief Retreat (Coming Soon)

$0.00

A space for your grief to be witnessed, not fixed.

We're crafting a small, soul-honouring retreat for people living with grief — the kind that doesn’t need explaining.
You don’t have to be “healing” on a schedule. You just have to show up as you are.

This retreat will offer:
Gentle ritual — to mark what matters
Guided writing circles — for stories, silence, and truth
Nature and rest — quiet walks, soft spaces, nourishing food
Permission — to be present, messy, joyful, grieving, or still
Connection — not forced, just offered

What it will look like:

  • 2 or 3 nights in a peaceful, rural setting (Wairarapa, Kapiti, or somewhere equally sacred)

  • Shared meals, slow mornings, optional group sessions

  • Grief-informed facilitation, no therapy speak

  • Small group — 8 to 12 people max

  • Evening candle-lighting, memory rituals, space for both solitude and story

This won’t be a fix. It’ll be a pause.
A place to be reminded that you’re not too much, and you’re not alone.

Launching in 2026
